      随着国民经济的发长,城市用电负荷需求迅速增长,城市中电力电缆沟中电缆数量越来越多,引起电缆沟超容、高低压电缆混埋等一系列问题,这对高风险电缆沟中电缆安全运行构成极大威胁,与电力用户要求的高供电可靠性之间的矛盾日益突出。因此,为电缆沟建立信息系统模型,并基于电缆工井编号挂牌制定高风险电缆沟段应急转电方案,能够有效应对电缆沟突发事件,提高供电可靠性。
英文摘要:
      With development of national economy and the increasing demand of power load, there are more and more cables in an urban cable trench, which has caused some problems, such as over capacity and high and low voltage cables installed together. This will be a high risk to the safety of cable under functioning. The contradiction between the risk mentioned above and power supply reliability required by the users is much more obvious than ever. Therefore, establishing information system model for cables and power transfer plan are effective for cable trench emergency. It also guarantees power supply reliability.
